Shipping to Switzerland & Liechtenstein
Orders received by us on weekdays by 4:00 PM (including payments) that are in stock will usually be shipped the same day.
If goods are not completely available, we will split your order free of charge: We ship available items immediately. The second delivery takes place only when all missing items have completely arrived with us. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation for each partial shipment.

Warranty
You get an international manufacturer's warranty. If you use the warranty, you can of course return the item to our address and we will deal with the manufacturer:

You also have the possibility to return the item directly to the manufacturer. You will usually find a specialist in the manufacturer's manual.
Order by Invoice
We offer you the possibility of paying your order by invoice up to CHF 5000.-. When you receive the invoice you have the choice to pay the invoice within the prescribed payment period (end of the month) or in instalments.
If you want to pay the invoice in several instalments, you must pay at least 10% of the outstanding invoice amount per month. This allows you to easily decide for yourself how to settle the invoice.

At Helen Kirchhofer, you do not pay shipping costs for orders with a value of CHF 70.- or more within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Each order is sent by registered mail and A mail with Swiss Post.
Right of Return
If the ordered item(s) do not meet your expectations, you have the right to return them. Please note that you have a period of 14 days to return the item. The return period starts from the day of receipt or pick up of your package.

When placing an order on account, you have the option to pay the invoice in full or in instalments. You only have to decide when you receive the invoice. Please also note that the payment period is always lasts until the end of the respective month.

Payment by instalments:
- Would you like to pay the invoice amount in instalments and transfer the absolute minimum amount?
Please use the completed payment slip for the transfer. The absolute minimum amount (10% of the total amount) for the current month is already entered on this deposit slip.
- Would you like to pay the invoice amount in instalments and transfer more than the absolute minimum amount?
For the transfer, please take the blank deposit slip and decide how much you want to transfer for the current month.
