You can fill out the form digitally and print it out or fill it in by hand after you have printed it out.
- 2. Fill out return form
2.1 Order information
Please fill out the order information completely so that we can find and register your return in the system.

List items you are returning including reason and quantity for return.
- 3. Packaging & Shipping
Simply put the items and the return form in the package and send your return by registered mail to our address:

Return policy
- 1. Refund
As soon as we receive your return, it will be checked and processed. We will automatically refund the amount for the returned items to your payment method. Example: If you paid with Twint, you will get the amount back to your Twint account.
If you have ordered by prepayment, please note your bank details on the return form.
- 2. Return period
The return period for items is 14 days after receipt of your shipment.
- 3. No right of retun
In the following cases and with these articles we can unfortunately not offer you a return:
- Expired return period (14 days after receipt)
- Damaged items
- Original packaging is missing or damaged (e.g. crack)
- Accessories missing
- Consumables
- Hygiene articles
- Real jewelry
